Apartments Overview

Part of the charm of staying at the River House New Orleans is that each apartment has its own bespoke style. From the sitting area to the bedroom to the kitchen and bathroom, the art, furnishings, and architectural details in each suite have been meticulously curated. Fresh flowers grace tables. Linens are freshly pressed. Kitchens come stocked with snacks, breakfast goodies, and beverages.

Garden Apartment

Enjoy direct access to the lush gardens and pool, as well as the street, in this first-floor apartment.

Gallery Apartment

Relax on the wrought iron balcony accessed through French doors of this second-floor suite.

Loft Apartment

Get lost in the nooks and crannies and lovely views of our most private apartment located on the third floor.

Regular Rate

$395/night based on double occupancy, including all taxes.*
*2-night minimum stay is required.

Summer Rate - June 1 through August 31

$350/night based on double occupancy, including all taxes.*

*2-night minimum stay is required.

Special Events

$475/night based on double occupancy, including all taxes.*

*3-night minimum stay is required.

Events include Mardi Gras, French Quarter Fest, New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival,

Halloween, and New Year's Eve.

Helpful Information

• While we do not provide daily bed making and cleaning services we are happy to arrange these services for an additional cost.

• We do thoroughly clean each apartment on a weekly basis for those staying longer.

• Each apartment comes well stocked with linens and towels, but please let us know if you need more.

• There is no secured parking, but there is well-lit street parking nearby.
