Rental Terms

Non-special event reservations: A deposit equal to 1/2 of the full rental charge is due at time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. If you are making a reservation within 30 days of your arrival, the full rental charge is due at time of reservation. We accept payment by VISA, Master Card, or American Express. We require your card number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card, and billing address. If you are from outside of the U.S., we also require the additional 3- or 4-digit security code on the card. Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation 60 days or less before your arrival date, you will receive a non-cash River House credit for all money paid. This credit may be used within up to 1 year from the original booked date. A cash refund is available if the apartment re-rents for your rental period, but only up to the rate and number of nights paid by the new guests. You may choose either the credit or the cash refund in this event. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, you will receive a pro rata credit for the mandatory evacuation days. This credit can be used up to 2 years from the original booked date.
